Inherit Parent Data Source causes child test to fail silently

When the calling script has no DataSource bound but the called script has "InheritParentDS" set to True and you execute the parent test, the child test appears as NotRun.

Refer to the screenshot attached. In order to reproduce execute the parent test in the project attached internally.

Telerik: It doesn't fail, it just has no data and thus nothing to execute. The problem is that the inner test execution log is missing, intentionally skipped due to the NotRun status. We have changed that so that the user can see what is going on even if there is no data to execute with. The fix will be included in our next internal product release planned by the end of January 2015.
