Runner may hung before starting test list execution for large project
In a customer continuous integration environment running a test list from large project occasionally causes the runner to hung before it starts the first test. There is no exception in the application log. 

All additional info is provided internally.

Telerik: we have implemented changes that will solve such issues with JSON parsing in multithreads - custom build has provided feedback the fix works fine. The solution will be available for general product users with next internal build we plan to release in January 2015.
