Do not open Elements Explorer Panel in Visual Studio plugin for each Test Studio test
If you open a Test Studio project in Visual Studio it opens automatically Elements Explorer tab. If you close the Elements Exporer tab for some reason and open another .tstest it opens Elements Explorer again. The request is not to open it once it is closed by user.
