Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/slider/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

2. Move the slider to a value of your choice.

3. Try data binding the value.

Expected behavior: To be able to use data binding in the step

Actual behavior: data binding not accepted. This gets obvious if you convert the data binded step in code.
