Add an ability to use relative path for WPF applications
I'd really like to be able to use relative paths in WPF testing as we have different workspace definitions in our project and we have the directory context start in the root directory of the test project.

Please add this functionality.  The current functionality prevents us from being able to set up nightly build automation because ClickOnce causes the path to the WPF .exe file to change with each new build and automation fails to execute.
