Reset References button should warn about the references which won't be reset

After Clicking on the "Reset References" button it loads the default references, however where a project had additional references which had been added for specific functionality, these are not updated, but deleted or not added back into the list!

This has caused many hours of our time troubleshooting failing tests, and locating and adding back in the references required.

I would expect such new functionality to do one of the following:

1.    Update the references as part of the use of the "Reset References" functionality.
2.    Only update the default references, but warn that the following references cannot be updated (and list them).

Also i think it would be a good idea to re label the "Reset References" button to "Reset Default References".

As in most cases the additional references which may be present are located in the same location as the default references, these should be updated also as part of the process.
