TFS video on youtube includes outdated merge XML part
The video at:

It talks about merging changes starting at 2:38. Starting with version 2013.1 this is no longer valid. Changes cannot be merged as shown in the video.

An annotation was added to the video (02:38 - 04:50) explaining the case above. Let me know if that works.
