Cannot execute dynamic test list remotely using Custom Property 3 only

It turned out that dynamic test lists cannot be executed remotely when using CustomProperty3 as a filter. In Manage Results the Expected Test Count is 0 (zero) as shown in the screenshot attached.
Using Custom Property 1 and Custom Property 2 works fine

Telerik: the problem was only when using "Custom Property 3" - all other filters work fine. The issue is now fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned at the end of July 2014.

I've also had the same problem with using the Path as a filter. Manage Results always shows the Expected Test Count is 0 and the tests don't run.

I have seen this issue with dynamic lists (0 expected) but I have never used CustomProperty3. When it occurred for me, I was using "Path Contains" and "Path StartsWith".

When I viewed the list of Test Lists, it would have tests. When I looked at it in the "Manage Results" window, it sometimes says 0 expected and doesn't run.
