IterationIndex is incorrect in data driven test which contains test as step
If the step which checks the iteration index is after the test as step it will show always -1.

If it is before the test as step it shows the correct value.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned in the beginning of July 2014
