Create Project Template with Custom DLL References and Allow New Projects to Leverage Template

It would be nice to be able to create a project template with DLL refrences that can be saved and applied to new projects. This will save time and prevent users from the repetitive task of creating the same references each time a project is created.

In addition, some customer have asked that the Project settings be set by the template, such as the Recording options and identification logic that will be used during recording.
