Each time I change a property of a Page element, the Elements tree rebuilds all elements.  For example, just checking the checkbox for "AlwaysUseTitleInCompare" causes a rebuild, and I am forced to wait for it to complete before I can change additional propeties.  After modifying the text in a property, clicking on another property (changing focus) also forces a complete rebuild of elements.  I think it might be more user-friendly to wait for a file-save to rebuild all elements.
