Add a dialog that informs the user if a test failed to load during project load
If a test is not loaded during some reason, the user may not realize that at all and this may cause problems.

It will be nice to have a dialog in such cases, saying which tests were unable to load.

Currently if a test fails to load (broken JSON for some reason) one can figure that out looking at the Test Studio application log only.
