Scheduling command line runner does not run load tests

The command line runner that is distributed with Test Studio, called Telerik.TestStudio.CommandLineClient.exe, does not run Load test lists

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned in Dec 2015
