Add a KB article that demonstrates when/how to use ScrollToVisible(), ScrollTop()
When and how to use ScrollToVisible() versus ScrollTop() is an advanced topic that trips up the beginner user. We need to add documentation that demontrates the right approach. See ticket 815135 as a real world example.
