1) Using Windows Explorer, add a new test to a Test Studio project folder which is already under source control, e.g. copy a test from a different project into this one
2) Open the project in Test Studio
3) Right click on the new test and select Source Control -> Check-in
4) Click OK

Expected:
a) The file to be added to source control
or
b) A warning/error that the file is not under source control

Actual: No error/warning (nothing even logged in the Application log), nor is the file added to source control
