The software won't export load test results to anything but .xls or .html.  My company doesn't have the resources to install MS Office software on every test PC we have, so I am forced to export to .HTML first, then awkwardly copy-paste the data from the HTML into excel on my main development computer.  Can't you just make it export to a CSV?
