TeamPulse using required custom fields will not allow bug creation

TeamPulse using required custom fields will not allow bug creation.  If you have a custom field defined in TeamPulse and have it required for bug entity (really all TP entities) then Test Studio cannot submit a bug into TeamPulse.

Telerik: Unfortunately this is a restriction we currently have. The only woraround at the moment is to disable the obligatory restriction of the custom fields in TeamPulse.
