Similar to this http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/117/Feedback/Details/125793-customize-find-logic-on-element-creation, when targeting an element that has a long id, the name of the element is really long like this: 

ContentPlaceHolderContentBasicContentPlaceHolderContentContentPlaceHolderContentWindowAddEditWindowCControlAddNSPUiFirstNameText

I know that the element name can be entered before the element is created, but that is  a lot to change.  

Please add a way to have the name of element ignore stuff like this: ContentPlaceHolderContentBasicContentPlaceHolderContentContentPlaceHolderContent, so that the name of the element can be like this: WindowAddEditWindowCControlAddNSPUiFirstNameText
