Download Complete dialog not being handled in specific customer scenario

Environment:
Windows 7
IE 8
Test Studio 2012.2.1510

The Download Complete dialog is not being handled when the file size is very small and the download is started by another HTML popup window that closes itself.

Telerik: we have implemented a fix for this issue in our latest internal build 2014.1.428 which we just released - please use it to overcome your problem.
