Cannot change PrimaryTarget of a Wait For Exists step

The ellipse is missing for Primary Target of a Wait For Exist test step. As a result you cannot change the Primary Target element for the step.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned in the beginning of June 2014.

The problem is the same for a Verify Exists step.
