Type: Bug Report
2
Telerik.TestStudio.Scheduling.Client.exe gradually consumes memory while sitting idle
1) Start the remote executor (aka drone)
2) Open the Gui Test Runner tab/UI - selecting other tabs do not repro the problem
3) Just leave it open for the day - do absolutely nothing else

Expected: Memory use to remain constant
Actual: Memory use slowly grows to an unreasonable amount e.g. 540MB after just 5 hours (it started at 53MB).

I have seen this before and raised an issue. I found a solution that worked for me. Below is what I did from some notes I took.

3.	CPU/Mem running high on the Scheduling.ClientMachine process.
a.	You may have a corrupt Performance counter on your system.
b.	If the Telerik Trace logs report something like:
“Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index '' was read from the registry.”
c.	Run lodctr /R from a command line prompt and restart the software.
