For a customer project editing a test list and switching to Manual type doesn't enable all manual tests as expected. Copying those tests into a new folder helps as a work-around.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the customer project attached internally

2) Switch to test lists and edit the existing test list

3) Switch to Manual type

Expected: All manual tests (green ones) are enabled.

Actual: Those from specific folders are still disabled.
