1) Create a test list with multiple load tests (only load tests)
2) Select Run List Remotely
3) Select as many remote machines as there are tests in the test list (2 tests = 2 machines, 3 tests = 3 machines)
4) Uncheck Distribute Tests

Expected: Tests to run and the tests to terminate after the set run time (the load controller and load agent process to go to Completed state)
Actual: The Load Controller and Load Agent processes never complete. This prevents them from finishing running all the tests. The test list is stuck trying to run all the tests on all remote machines.
