Manual test runner doesn't publish results to the scheduling server
When executing manual test list using the manual test runner after saving the result file locally a message offering to publish the result to the scheduling appear. Clicking yes gives you a progress bar that is indicating the results are publishing but they never are. No error message is prompted in the UI or in the logs.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned in Nov 2015.

I think I discovered a work around for this thought it's a bit inconvenient. After saving the result locally, I am able to go into the results tab and publish the results from the Calendar. I did find that doing this while the Manual Test Runner is still open causes the publishing to fail but if the runner is closed then I am able to publish with the Results calendar. I think, the work around does force everyone involved to have the full Test Studio client and not just the run-time which could be cost-prohibitive for some.

This issue also exists when running a manual test list from the test studio client since it uses the same manual runner program.
