As tests and data sources and other resource files get deleted in a project, the files are never removed from our storage service. This can lead to multiple problems:
1) The DB can grow excessively large
2) Can get unfixable compile errors if old code files are referring to something from another code file that got changed and no longer exists
3) Dynamic test lists may run old tests that no longer apply to the project
4) Other??
