Currently when installing an upgrade, the installer does not bother to check whether or not the scheduling and/or storage service is currently installed. These options are unconditionally disabled by default. As a result the user has to manually reselect these when doing an upgrade. If they forget, the two services will effectively be removed from their system.
It would be much better for the installer to detect whether or not these services have been previously installed and set the default accordingly.
