NullReference failure during test dispatch
When executing a test list, the test results shows this message as shown in  the screenshot

unfortunately, i do not remember which one of my project produced that test result and also my qa environment requires my company's intranet.

BTW, working on your report I also added this feedback since the product lacks of user friendly error handling in case of remote test failure. This should hopefully help troubleshooting in such scenarios:

Well, there are several types of errors I'd like us being able to replicate locally and investigate further. These could be related but that is something to prove first. 

Is there a chance we can run your tests in our testing lab? I doubt that but is there any particular environment these could be replicated?

I attached my application log.  I cannot seem to find the actual test result.  But I took the screenshot at 1/31/2014 at 2:33:19.  I am not sure if this would be much help with the little information I remember.

Hi Ewin,

I think we've seen something like this before but have no local repro. Is there a stack trace you can provide from the execution log? Does that happen with specific test, perhaps containing logical or test as steps?

Any additional info you can provide would be of help.
