HtmlControl.GetComputedStyleValue("color")/("background") returns different value in the different browsers
Internet Explorer returns the value of the color in the same format as it is defined in the CSS (e.g. red/ff0000).

All other browsers return the color only in RGB format no matter how it is defined in the CSS.

A sample project is attached for repro is attached internally.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned in the beginning of July 2014.
