Compile error when editing elements in Find Element Dialog window
----2013.1.1210-----

While making changes to an element's find logic, I received an error.

After this error happened, it broke every element and then I had to relaunch test studio to get rid of this compiler error.

Hello Yuriy,

i am sorry to hear you have encountered any compilation errors and will be glad to assist you with that.

However, as Ewin mentioned, you refer to a bug which dates back quite long time ago - for the past 6 years there are plenty of improvements implemented in the product and possibly the error you see now does not correspond to an old error, although it may look similar.

Usually this is the reason why we advise to start the discussion from scratch in a support or forum thread - if you need to share any security information, it is a better option to submit a private support ticket.

Since you are licensed user of Test Studio I will submit a support ticket under your account on your behalf and will follow up what additional details will be required to continue the investigation. You can find the ticket through this link in your own Telerik account.

Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Regards,
Elena

hi @yuriy, Progress may ask you to create a new issue considering this issue has been created and validated 6+ years ago.

I am reviving this error and I do not get a reset after the reboot!
