Steps to reproduce:
Create new web test, attach recorder to IE, load up Silverlight application

Expected behavior:
Recorder attaches to IE

Actual behavior:
Recorder is unable to attach, user is prompted with message indicating as such. XAP header is 'Content:application/x-silverlight-app', 'windowless' and 'HtmlAccessEnabled' properties are set to true.
