It would be really nice to be able to select all or multiple dynamic targets at once.  A checkbox at the top would be awesome to select all.  Or just being able to Shift+Select multiple rows and spacebar to check those rows would be acceptable as well.  It's really annoying to have to go through 50+ dynamic targets and check them one-by-one.  With the current method, I'd rather them all be selected and just uncheck the ones I don't want.
