Option to disconnect from TFS
As a user I need to work in disconnected mode, for example due to temporary problems with the server.

There is disconnect from source control option now. You can find it in the context menu of a test project under Source Control --> Disconnect from Source Control. Using this option will set SourceControl = TRUE to SourceControl = FALSE (in the test project file) and will effectively stop any source control references in the project. In addition the option will change to Reconnect to Source Control in the project node context menu which will return the previous state.
