Support UNICODE characters in test step description
When the host computer is configured for Chinese and you're testing a Chinese website, the Chinese characters are displayed as boxes. See the attached screen shot for an example.

We cannot reproduce the issue on our environment. In order to have a fix we need to reproduce the problem. So please if this is still an issue here, please provide more detailed steps to reproduce.
