Visual Studio 2013 and Test Studio Integration
I do not see any feedback items that talks about the updates to test studio and integration of test studio and visual studio 2013.

I would assume that this would most likely be in a major release.

Have you downloaded an official release of the Telerik Testing Framework? Our system is setup to not offer internal builds until you have downloaded an official release first. You can download the current official release from here: http://www.telerik.com/teststudio/testing-framework. Once download then the internal build will show up for you.

After you log into your Telerik.com account, official releases to the Telerik Testing Framework can be downloaded from: http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/freeproducts.aspx. Internal build can be downloaded from: http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/internal-builds.aspx.

That version is the latest official release. Yesterday we also released in internal build. Internal builds are rated "beta" quality because they don't get the thorough and rigorous testing that our official releases go through. They get some QA testing, just not as much. What's included in this internal build is noted here: http://www.telerik.com/account/VersionNotes.aspx?nb=1&id=4424

Hi,

The Test Studio release back in April (and any versions released from that on) includes the VS 2013 support. Please contact the support team to help if you need assistance.

Thanks!

Hi, there is an internal build available with VS2013 support. The official release with VS2013 support is expected in April.

Hello,

I just got confirmation from the involved teams the support for VS 2013 is next in their tasks. We target the next official release due in April to include the official VS 2013 support.

I also hope we can have an internal build for everyone interested to give it a try earlier (some time in March) as well. I will make sure to update this item as soon as we include that into an internal build as well.

Cheers!

Any update on this? - we just purchased and installed Visual Studio 2013 and do not want to also purchase 2012 for Test Studio to function.

Hello,

There is a recently submitted request for the Testing Framework here:
http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/117/Feedback/Details/65074-testing-framework-support-for-vs-2013

We actually have this work in progress, however it will miss the upcoming major 2013.R2 in December. Nevertheless I hope we can get everything around VS 2013 cleaned up in the coming weeks and have a preview ready for consumption with an internal build or R2 Service Pack.

Thanks for the feedback!
