Selecting test step to highlight related element in Chrome and Firefox if attached recorder highlighting is enabled
Right now while recording in IE the user can Toggle Highlight elements from the test explorer.

There is no such functionality when the recorder is attached to Chrome and Firefox.

The following work items are included here:
- Get rid of the Toggle Highlighting button from Test Explorer (similar to DOM Explorer) so that highlighting is controlled by the recorder only
- Selection of test step to highlight related element in Chrome and Firefox if highlighting is enabled.
