Edit in Live works only for IE

Edit in live works only for IE, with any other browser the option is greyed out. Please add this functionality for the other supported browsers as well (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).

The feature will be part of the upcoming release, expected around the 18th of June.

Hi All,

The development to cover that request is done but will not make it for the official release we are publishing now (2014 R1). That is going to be verified by QA team so that we can publish the updates via an internal build for everyone who would like to give it a try.

This one is on top of our priority feature list for 2014. It requires significant infrastructure rework though and thus didn't make it so far.

When a user configures Test Studio to use Chrome by default (or anything other than IE), it's reasonable to assume they mean that default to apply to all features of Test Studio.
Being able to maintain tests (edit elements) in the same browser that a test was recorded in is essential in my view.
