Run test where upon a successful login sequence, the active browser is closed, a new browser is opened, and the navigate/login is performed once again.

Intermittently the dialog will not be handled, the log will show that an 'unexpected' dialog was detected but test will fail from timeout. Note it may take several executions of this workflow to reproduce the issue.
