Test Studio does not handle download dialogs in Silverlight applications with code
Test Studio is not able to handle with a coded step  download dialogs  in some web applications. The problem can be reproduced in IE and Chrome browsers. 

Sample test is attached to the internal bug description.

Problem is fixed. Fix is included in the latest internal build from 11.14 it will also be included in the upcoming official release.
