telerik controls checkbox

Hi,

We are working on VSTS 2012. We have checkboxes, radio buttons and Ok button which are built with telerik control. I have recorded the workflow using CodedUI recording. When I playback the same, the controls are not getting recognized. infact action is not getting fired when clicking on button or while validating if checkbox is enabled then only select it. 
Due to this, unable to execute the scripts. We have attached the file for more information.
