Download dialog fails to be handled in IE when file is of a specific type (xls, xlsx, doc, docx, etc)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run test which attempts to download an Excel worksheet or Word document

Expected result:
Test passes, file is saved to local path.

Actual result:
Test fails due to timeout, dialog box is present but Test Studio does not handle it.

Telerik: Issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned in beginning of December 2013.
