Error when recording against Silverlight

When recording against Silverlight you get the error "Unable to connect to Silverlight application. Silverlight recording will not function"

Telerik: The SL app is actually not being used. Its width and height are '0'. The problem is that the IE is not returning the proper size of the file buffer in the MIME filter -> 'STDMETHODIMP CMimeFilterPP::ReportData(DWORD grfBSCF, ULONG ulProgress, ULONG ulProgressMax)' the ulProgressMax is '0' for the initial request once the app. is cached everything is working fine.
