ArtOfTest.Runner.exe PublishRunResultScheduling: Open Communication to Scheduling Server failed!

When run a test list using the CMD and the ArtOfTest.Runner.exe and try to publish the results to the scheduling server and have the emails sent you are getting the following error:

Result saved with path: 'C:\Users\ittodorov\Documents\Test Studio Projects\September 2013\Results\dualdisplay 130238916901896332.aiiresult'.
PublishRunResultScheduling: Open Communication to Scheduling Server failed! The remote server returned an unexpected response: (405) Method Not Allowed.

This has been tested with Test Studio 2013.1.911

Telerik: We have implemented this feature in our latest internal product release in Jan 2014. It is a separate executable called "Telerik.TestStudio.CommandLineClient.exe" which is located in product installation "\bin" folder. It has options to run remotly test lists by specifying a scheduling server with options to run the list distributed or not, with default option to get latest from tfs in case of source controlled project. Help for using it is available by calling the executable from command line.
