All tests are not being run on dynamic test lists 
All tests are not being run on dynamic test lists. Only two to four tests are executed. The issue only affects TS v2013.827

STEPS TO REPRO

1.	Install latest build 2013.827
2.	Create dynamic test list
3.	Add 26 test scripts into list
4.	Assign custom property1
5.	Run test list locally

When you run the list, only two to four tests are being run. The issue only occurred since updating to 2013.827.

That was a problem with the internal build, which was addressed for the official release published last week (labeled 2013.1.911). Please upgrade and contact us if you need more help.

So I noticed my failed test list had 11 tests, but my test list is supposed to have 21 tests.  

One thing I noticed in my particular case is that my tests have '-' and & 

But that only accounted for 5 tests.  

I do not use the custom property. 

For my dynamic test list, I use the path rule to contain the directory I need.  

Just trying to find commonality between our two situations.
