Persist Auto-Pause Debugger Options
Auto-Pause options in Debugger Options are not saved once you close the test. In Test Studio Standalone you also have to close the entire project, in Visual Studio it is enough just to close the test.

Hi Ewin, at the moment we are not planning to change this behavior.
