Increase the performance of building elements process
The performance of building elements is very slow if you have a huge amount of elements. After editing of some element then it takes 15-20 sec to rebuild the elements.

Hello,

Building the elements and editing are separate operations and have nothing in common. 

The experience related to editing is actually expected since that could be an expensive operation.

With the 2013 R1 performance improvements we no longer load all tests initially on project load, just the objects to build the UI on top of. Next, if an element is used by a number of tests, upon editing we need to load all the related tests, which could be expensive depending on the complexity and size. Fortunately that's a one time operation.
