using Telerik.TestStudio.2013.1.716_Purchase version on Windows8.1 VM

Attempting to record a video on using the debugger, I was unable to actually change the find settings for an element.

steps:
* enabled pause-on-debug
* executed test (that has a known error in element name)
* on pause, invoked the diagnose window
* clicked Select New Element
* located element
* clicked Star
* clicked Done
* see correct find logic in Find Settings window
* click Save
* click continue execution
* Apply Updates window appears
  ** note that the checkbox for the change is not selectable - should it be? 
* click Apply
  ** note that Apply Updates window does not close - should it? 
* click Close
* changes were not applied.
