Be able to use Telerik.TestStudio.ManualRunner from command line
We have a scenario where one tester is writing manual testcases and then delegates the execution of these testcases to around 20 persons. She uses the open source tool "TestLink" for this.

I would like her to move all this to Telerik Test Studio, but since the 20 persons are not really testers and only work with tests for a very limited part of their time (a few hourse pr. month), there is no business case in buying 20 full Telerik Licenses.

Can we somehow use Telerik.TestStudio.ManualRunner from the command line using Run-Time edition?

Hi, it seems it is allready possible to run the ManualRunner from the command line. What we need is a more user friendly feature than this, where Tester A can create for example 50 manual tests, and distribute them to 10 persons who will execute them and comment on the results, without having the full telerik version installed (and a full license). The results should show up on the results list in Tester A's Telerik Test Studio.
