Issue with HTML Popups when KillBrowserProcessOnClose is enabled

If KillBrowserProcessOnClose is enabled as a setting for the test list, Test Studio do not work correctly with HTML Popups 
 
Expected behavior: All of the browser instances are closed after the test finishes. 
Actual behavior: Test Studio closes all of the browser instances right after closing the HTML Popup that was handled. 

To reproduce:  Sample Test List is provided in the internal description.

This issue is fixed and the fix will be included into the R1 2013 release (expected near the end of July).

I also ran into this issue - had opened a support ticket a while back, don't remember where I read this (ticket or this forum), but it was acknowledged as a bug, something to do with the process id's for the window and the main pop-up were the same for IE?
