Some customers use the Test Studio Visual Studio plug-in exclusively for coded steps and running tests. They do not use the record and play feature. Test Studio will unconditionally/needlessly generate the Pages.g.xx file even when there are no elements contained in Elements Explorer. This can cause build errors for certain projects.

It would be helpful in this corner case to not even create the Pages.g.xx file, and to not tell Visual Studio to look for and include it during its compile.
