When recording and highlighting the text in the header/footer in RadRichTextBox the translator for textblock doesn't appear. In order to reproduce this behavior you can use following URL:

http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#RichTextBox/TelerikEditor

Start the recorder and try to highlight the text in the header/footer.

Actual behavior:  the textblock translator doesn't appear

Expected behavior: you should be able to see the translator

This is reproduced with Test Studio 2012.2.1527.
